Returns

Please note that returns of unworn JBAYBOOTS® are to be carried out within 14 days after the purchase and on own costs and risks to our contact address – DS Afrika GmbH, Habichtsweg 24, 49356 Diepholz.

The costs for possibly incurred charges (PayPal, etc.) may be deducted from the refund amount.

ATTENTION please! In the case of special offers/ sales (usually reduced goods) a return of goods is basically only possible in the form of an exchange for other goods from our assortment. The reduced purchase price is then counted against the new purchase price. The cost for the return shipment and the new shipment are to  be borne by the buyer.
